how far in advance should i order my cake?

cake orders open 4-6 weeks in advance. Ideally orders come in at a minimum of  2 weeks prior to your collection date. This is to give me time to communicate about your cake and give me time to plan if you have a custom order. My orders also fill up quickly so this is the best way to guarantee a spot.

when is pick-up or delivery?

cake collection dates are limited from Thursday - Saturday.

you'll be given the exact address once you order. 

where are you located?

Montreal, Canada.

can you ship a cake to me?

I do not offer shipping. I can't imagine what kind of buttercream horror you would receive. 

are your cakes gluten-free/dairy-free/ vegan?

everything I make is gluten-free and dairy-free because I am gluten-free and dairy-free. All items can be made vegan but there are eggs present in the kitchen.

are your cakes nut-free?

all cakes are nut-free unless otherwise disclosed. There is no guarantee that there hasn't been cross-contamination. People with allergies and sensitivities should note that there are both tree nuts and peanuts present in the kitchen.

i’m not gluten-free can i get a cake with wheat flour?

no. i have celiac disease which means my body can’t tolerate gluten, not even a crumb. This means that I keep my kitchen completely gluten-free both for my safety and the safety of other gluten-free customers.

can I get a cake with dairy?

no. I cannot guarantee the flavour of cakes made with dairy because I can’t taste it due to allergies.

do you make custom flavours?

yes, for an additional fee. I really love coming up flavour combinations that make your dreams come true. please use the custom cake form.

how do i order a custom cake design?

when will there be treat boxes/cake slices again?

as soon as i have time! i try to release a treat box at least once a month but sometimes i get overwhelmed with cake orders. keep an eye out on instagram.

Cancellation Policy: A 70% refund can be given with one week notice.
                                  Orders over $350 require $50 cancellation fee if cancelled                                        10 days before cake pick-up date.
